Deleting a Published Workflow Template

Once a workflow template has been published, any user with sufficient rights can delete it from the Workflow Server. Rights are defined in the Workflow 8 Administration Console. Deleted workflow templates cannot be recovered.

To delete a workflow template

1. Select Delete workflow template under Workflow in the menu bar.

   

2. In the Delete Workflow Template dialog box, select a workflow template and click Delete.

   

Note: Published workflow templates can also be deleted in the Workflow 8 Administration Console.
